Sheldon Homes are created collaboratively with owner Sheldon Sulman, who works hand in glove with you to envision and define the home of your dreams or a renovation that truly changes the way you live. Sheldon is uniquely passionate about working closely with you to custom design your dream home so that your expectations are exceeded.

Built to Budget
Sheldon works with his clients to design a house or renovation that is built to budget. Importantly, Sheldon works on a flat negotiated fee basis, and therefore, unlike many other builders, he takes no commissions or mark-ups on materials or labour. Hence, any recommended changes in design, materials, or construction are done solely to benefit you – his client.
